If you want to collect cash donations or pledges in person (as an alternative or in addition to securing support directly through your online Famine profile), you’ll need to print out the Sponsor Pledge and Donation Sheet. This sheet is used instead of the Famine books you might be familiar with from when you were school-aged.
Print out the Sponsor Pledge and Donation Sheet and get your supporters to fill it in. As you receive pledges or cash donations, visit your online Famine profile www.famine.org.nz/yourusername and register each one of your supporters on their behalf.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless sponsors pay online with their credit card they will NOT receive a tax receipt for their donation.
