Famine Organiser afternoon teas

Register

This year, we are introducing Famine Organiser Afternoon Teas to support primary and intermediate teachers who are managing the 40 Hour Famine in their schools.

These after school sessions are an hour in duration, hosted by your local World Vision Schools Relationship Coordinator and will include:

  • A short inspiring presentation about World Vision's work to help you understand why we do the 40 Hour Famine each year.
  • Practical advice on running Famine including ideas for the classroom to tie into the current curriculum and other school-wide activities.

It's a great opportunity to meet other teachers and see how they run the Famine in their school.

See below for details of a session near you. To confirm your attendance please email nzfamine@worldvision.org.nz

We look forward to seeing you there!
