People who fundraise for, and donate to, World Vision expect us to achieve the best possible outcomes for people in need. That's a huge responsibility and we take it very seriously. Our Christian values compel us to achieve the highest standards of accountability and stewardship.

  • World Vision controls the funds from receipt in New Zealand to expenditure in developing countries. Money does not pass through political bodies, governments or outside contractors.
  • World Vision New Zealand endeavours to send at least 75 per cent of funds raised to our overseas partners.
  • World Vision offices and the international co-ordinating office are externally audited every year.
  • Projects funded by World Vision new Zealand send us regular reports, plus a financial summary. They are audited every two years.
  • World Vision New Zealand programme staff visit projects regularly for monitoring and assessment.
  • A summary of our audited accounts are published annually in the Impact magazine or can be viewed on our website.
