The World Vision 40 Hour Famine is on again. This is where you can find ‘news you can use’ about New Zealand’s largest youth fundraising event.
Last year approximately 126,000 New Zealanders did the Famine, raising a total of $2.4 million.
We welcome the media to use any stories and photos posted here for the purpose of publicising World Vision's 40 Hour Famine. It really encourages Kiwi youth to see their efforts in the newspapers, on television, and to hear them over the radio.
Please contact the World Vision Communications Team by email or by calling 0800 800 776 if you would like a media kit, print-quality images, or more information. For local activities happening throughout the Famine time, check the Famine Events section.
